At Gotech Solar, our goal is to provide safe, professional, and reliable installations.
Site Assessment
Where required, we may conduct a site assessment before installation to determine:
- Customer energy requirements
- Suitable equipment
- Installation location
- Cable routing
- Solar panel placement
- Battery and inverter location
- Safety and structural considerations
The final system design may be adjusted based on findings during the assessment.
Installation Scope
The installation includes the equipment and work specifically stated in the approved quotation or project proposal.
Any additional materials, equipment, or work requested by the customer may be charged separately.
Customer Responsibilities
Before installation, the customer is responsible for:
- Providing reasonable access to the installation site
- Providing accurate information about intended loads
- Ensuring the installation area is accessible and reasonably safe
- Obtaining any required landlord, property, or third-party permissions
Installation Changes
If unexpected site conditions are discovered during installation, Gotech Solar will discuss the required changes with the customer before carrying out additional chargeable work, where reasonably possible.
Safety
Our technicians will follow appropriate installation and electrical safety practices.
Customers should not modify, disconnect, or interfere with installed equipment without consulting a qualified technician.
Completion
After installation, the system will be tested and commissioned where applicable.
The customer may be shown the basic operation of the system and provided with relevant equipment information or documentation.
Warranty
Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Installation workmanship coverage, where applicable, will be stated in the quotation or project agreement.
Delays
Installation dates may be affected by equipment availability, weather, site conditions, transportation, customer readiness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Additional Work
Work outside the agreed installation scope may attract additional charges. The customer will be informed before significant additional work is carried out.
